Included: The price is inclusive bed linnen as well as
cornflakes, milk, tea/coffee that you may serve
yourself in the kitchen.
Breakfast:
In July we will serve you breakfast* for DKK 40,- (€ 5). Breakfast is
served between 8.30 and 9.30.
Discounts:
If
you inform us in advance that you will bring your own bedlinnen we'll give you a discount
of DKK 35 (€4,5) per
person on the total bill. If we do
not hear from you before arrival, bedlinnen is
included.
During
summer: If you are staying 3 - 7 nights, you get a discount of 10% on
the total bill..
If
you are staying one week we offer a discount of 15%.
If you are staying 2 weeks we'll give you 20% discount.
During
winter:
Call us for a special offer if you plan to stay more than 3 nights or week days
- or if you would like to have the whole floor to yourselves (especially out of
season).
Extra
beds: The rooms are spacious, so please enquire concering extra beds.
The fee is DKK
100 (€13) per extra person in a room. (see our family policy below).
Children: below the age of 3
(sharing a bed with the parents) are free of charge!
Between age 3 & 12 a discount of 50%
is offered.
Payment:
In
order to secure your booking we need to recieve 50% prepayment within 3 days of
your booking. If we do not recieve the prepayment within 3 days of your
confirmation,
we may cancel your booking without further notice. The remaining sum must be paid in
total upon arrival.
During June, July, August and September we have the following cancellation fees for
confirmed bookings.
3 weeks before planned arrival: DKK 50 per person per night booked
2 weeks before planned arrival: a minimum of DKK 50 per person per
night booked
plus full payment for the first night
1-14 days before: full payment for the accommodation.
Outside high season our cancellation policies are as follows:
4 -14 days before planned arrival: DKK 50 pr. person pr. night booked
1-3 days before: full payment for the accommodation.
Please
let us know in advance when you'll arrive. Check-out: around 2 pm unless other
arrangements have been made.
